Radix Teat Barrier Gel is a protective gel that is an
alternative to dipping . Use on teats and
udder when become chapped. Use for
antiseptic ointment for surface wounds, cuts and abrasions. Contains Chlorhexidine acetate as the active
antiseptic ingredient. Creates a barrier
against bacterial microorganisms.
During lactation apply to each teat immediately after the cow is milked. Rub onto
each teat including the teat opening
so that the lower 1 inch of the teat has been covered. Udder and teats of cow should be thoroughly
washed before milking. Treatment should
start 1 week before cow freshens. When
the cow is dried up continue treatment for 3-4 days.
