The sweet taste of Baby Pig Restart draws pigs in transition to dry feed, ensuring that each piglet gets the additional nutrients and energy needed to help avoid starve outs and stunting. For young pigs, Baby Pig Restart provides plasma which is a functional protein that helps support the intestine. FOB charges may apply.

Directions for Use:
Top Dressing:
Top dress up to 1/2 ounce per pig of Baby Pig Restart on the pig starter ration twice a day during the first two days post weaning. Targeted feeding rate of no more than 1 ounce/pig/day.
Liquid Feeding (Gruel):
Day 1 post weaning: Mix 4 ounces of Baby Pig Restart in 1 quart of warm water to form a palatable gruel. Feed one quart gruel per 20 pigs two to three times per day in a pan to attract pigs.
Day 2 through 5 post weaning: Make gruel as stated above and then mix starter pellets into gruel at the rate of 1 to 2 lbs per 2 quarts. Feed two quarts gruel/pellet mixture per 20 pigs two times per day. Once pigs are starting to consume dry feed, discontinue gruel feeding. It may be helpful to feed the starter ration in the same pan which previously was used for gruel.
Oral Feeding for One- to Five-Day-Old Pigs:
Mix one part of Baby Pig Restart with two parts of water and stir well to make a suspension. Slowly feed 0.5 oz (15 ml) of the suspension on the back of the tongue to severely stunted or starved one- to five day-old piglets. Repeat as needed, typically feed 1 oz (30 ml) of suspension, with a maximum of 2 oz (60 ml) of suspension/pig/day.
